Single Sign-On (SSO)

SAML2.0 SSO allows you to authenticate users in your own systems without requiring them to enter additional login credentials.

Data encryption

Data is encrypted in-transit using TLS 1.2+ and at-rest using an industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm.

GDPR & CCPA compliance

At Birdie, we have worked to enhance our products, processes, and procedures to ensure our practices are GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Secure infrastructure

Birdie uses AWS for secure and resilient hosting. Data centers are monitored by 24×7 security, biometric scanning and are continuously certified across security and compliance frameworks.

Database permissions

Data access is logged and limited to authorized employees who need it for their job duties.

Vulnerability management

Birdie regularly scans production infrastructure, applications and networks for vulnerabilities using off-the-shelf tools to identify potential vulnerabilities that could impact our systems.

Trusted Security & Compliance

Birdie complies with the requirements of SOC 2 Type II (currently in process), GDPR and CCPA. This means we ensure enterprise-level protection, and secure service that aligns with AICPA SOC standards.This also ensures that our customers can operate Birdie in respect of privacy regulations and their own internal security standards .
